How does it work?

In each plan, you will have detailed weekly blocks that include the number of sets, repetitions, some tips. You’ll also have an explanatory and illustrative video showing the biomechanics of each exercise, a table to calculate how much weight you lift, a space to record the weight you use, and a section where you can write feedback about how you feel with each exercise. 

GYMBOY

PPL x UL 5 days

Push, Pull and Legs with Upper and Lower body, training each muscle group twice per week.

Full body 3 days

Entire body is trained each days, allowing multiple stimulation of every muscular group

Upper lower 4 days

An Upper/Lower split performed over 4 days, training the upper and lower body twice per week

GYMGIRL

Grow & glow 5 days

Heavy exercises with low reps for strength gains and isolated exercises with higher reps for hypertrophy

Full body 3 days

Entire body is trained each day, allowing multiple stimulation of every muscular group
